3 days ago I wasn't smiling like this

Three days ago, this patient couldn't smile like this. He came from Madrid with teeth in poor condition and maxillary cysts: an extreme case, but we had a goal, to make it possible in just three days.

The three days, step by step

1. Surgery and scanning. Extraction of the affected teeth, cyst removal and implant placement, plus intraoral and facial scanning.
2. Try-in and smile design. The metal framework is tried in and the bite, aesthetics and smile are adjusted. The lab works right alongside us.
3. Fixed, permanent teeth. The final fixed rehabilitation is placed: the moment that changes everything.
