The data provided through the case assessment form (name, phone number and answers about your clinical situation) is used exclusively to contact you and carry out an initial assessment of your case, including any diagnostic images (CT scans/X-rays) you choose to send us on WhatsApp.

Explicit consent from the data subject when submitting the form or starting a WhatsApp conversation.

Retention

Data will be kept for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and, should you become a patient, in accordance with applicable clinical documentation regulations.

Your rights
